Orders and Returns

Sz activewear process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

AUSTRALIA

  • Orders with standard shipping will take 3-5 working days to be processed through our warehouse. The delivery timing might be extended to 5-7 days during any holiday or sales season.
  • Australia Post will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date your order is shipped
  • If you have not received your parcel 5 days after you have received your dispatch e-mail email please notify us immediately.
  • Allow 10 working days for all personalised orders 

NEW ZEALAND

  • We are able to ship international order on a tracked and signed service. The shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of your parcel and the cost will be automatically calculated during checkout.
  • Prices are in AUD and can change without prior notification.  If you have not received your parcel 20 days after you have received your confirmation delivery email, please notify us immediately so we can pass on your parcels consignment number.
  • Note: customers outside the AU may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order.
  • Sz activewear will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

DELIVERY TIMES & PERSONALISED ORDERS

  • All "in-stock" items will be processed through our warehouse within 10 working days. If standard shipping has been selected please allow 10 business days for Australia Post to deliver.  In some rare cases, the item you order may not be in stock if this is the case you will be notified within 2-3 working days and a full refund/exchange option will be given.
  • Please note all personalised orders and leisurewear items are made to your requirements and therefore are not available on a next day service, please allow up to 10 working days to receive all personalised items. Any custom-made garments are strictly non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing issue. No refunds can be given once production has commenced.
  • All club orders are manufactured to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturing faults, please contact your sales rep for latest production lead times.
